Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We aim to show each product as accurately as possible.
Screen settings, room lighting and material texture may
cause small color differences.
Soft products may also have slight differences in shape,
stitching, fur direction or measurements. Fabric plush
products can look compressed after shipping and may need
time, gentle patting and reshaping to recover their fullness.

For a standard order, contact us within 12 hours of
purchase with your order number and requested change.
Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once
processing has begun.
Customized, engraved or special-packaging orders cannot
be cancelled after production or preparation has started.

Standard products normally enter warehouse processing
within 48 hours. Customized, engraved or specially
packaged products require additional processing time.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible return requests must be submitted within
