  • Customized Orders: For personalized or engraved items, additional 3-5 business days are required for customization.

Delivery Time:
Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

  • Estimated shipping time varies based on destination and shipping method. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, high order volumes, or local postal service disruptions.
  • Peak Season Delays: During peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, New Year, Valentine's Day, and other major holidays), delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes. We appreciate your patience.

Standard Shipping Costs:

  • Free Standard Shipping on orders over US$49.00.
  • For orders below $49.00:
    • US/UK/CA/AU: $8.99
    • Other Countries: $7.99

Additional Charges for Remote & Special Areas:
For orders shipped to remote areas or special regions, an extra charge of $12.99–$59.99 may apply. The final shipping fee will be confirmed on the checkout page before payment.

We offer worldwide delivery to door. The estimated shipping time before delivery will be about 3~15 days.

  • CA/AU/UK: 3-15 Workdays
